1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

ku7bet's services are intended for players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is not prohibited or restricted by the laws applicable in your location. ku7bet makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside its intended market. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

1.3 Account Registration

To use ku7bet's services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

ku7bet reserves the right to carry out identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent account closure.

1.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account with ku7bet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any winnings or bonuses accumulated across multiple accounts may be forfeited in full.
• The player's primary account may also be subject to restriction or permanent closure.
• Any outstanding balance may be held pending investigation.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ku7bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select Visa and Mastercard transactions where applicable. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ku7bet is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though ku7bet may apply limits on a per-account or per-method basis at its discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your ku7bet account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ku7bet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name. ku7bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

2.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by ku7bet's payments team. ku7bet endeavours to process withdrawals in a timely manner. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ku7bet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, and to delay or withhold payment pending completion of that verification.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion before a withdrawal can be requested. Players must ensure all active bonus wagering requirements are met prior to submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

2.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on ku7bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). ku7bet does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required on the player's side is the player's own responsibility and may incur fees imposed by the player's bank or payment provider, for which ku7bet accepts no liability.

3.1 General Bonus Conditions

ku7bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically upon expiry of the promotional period.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than live casino games or sports bets. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion will be specified in the promotion's terms. ku7bet reserves the right to adjust contribution rates at any time, with notice provided to affected players.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

ku7bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors or loopholes to claim bonuses beyond their intended scope, using automated betting patterns to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering activity. Where bonus abuse is identified:

• The relevant bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited immediately.
• The account may be permanently closed without further notice.
• Any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• ku7bet reserves the right to take further action in cases of systematic fraud.

4.1 Bet Placement

By confirming a bet on the ku7bet platform, you enter into a binding agreement in respect of that wager. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player under any circumstances, except where expressly permitted by these terms or by a specific sport's rules as detailed on the platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of bets placed on your account.

4.2 Obvious Errors

In the event that a bet is placed or accepted as a result of an obvious error in pricing, odds, payout calculations, or system malfunction — including but not limited to a technical fault, data feed error, or human keying error — ku7bet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account balance. ku7bet will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such voidance. The determination of whether an error constitutes an "obvious error" rests solely with ku7bet, acting reasonably.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku7bet platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting game bugs, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports fraud.
• Using insider information not available to the general public to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker formats.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering or attempts to use ku7bet as a conduit for illegal financial transactions.

4.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

All sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, as detailed within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified by ku7bet's sports rules, bets may be settled as void and stakes returned. Live in-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time of completion of the event or market in question. ku7bet uses official data providers for result settlement and accepts no liability for discrepancies between official results and third-party reporting.

5.1 Player Responsibility for Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ku7bet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any other person. All activity conducted on your account using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, and ku7bet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ku7bet immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken, including temporary account suspension pending a security review.

5.2 Responsible Gaming Obligations

5.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ku7bet account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately, and ku7bet will not accept re-registration requests from self-excluded players for a minimum cooling-off period as specified on the Responsible Gaming page.

6.1 Platform Availability

ku7bet endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure outages, force majeure events, or third-party service provider failures. ku7bet accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ku7bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ku7bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account balance, bonus calculations, or any other matter, you should contact ku7bet support in the first instance at [email protected]. ku7bet will endeavour to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours and to resolve them within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard support process, it may be escalated to ku7bet's senior disputes team. The decision of ku7bet's disputes team is final in respect of factual matters such as bet settlement based on official results.

6.4 Intellectual Property

All content on the ku7bet platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, game content, data, and the ku7bet brand identity — is the property of ku7bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of ku7bet.

6.5 Amendments to These Terms

ku7bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ku7bet will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

6.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining terms. The remaining terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the ku7bet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ku7bet with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
